Russia's top ten car sales in June

       Due to long-term Western sanctions, traditional car companies such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and Toyota have withdrawn from the market, giving Chinese car brands an opportunity to develop. The following are the top ten car sales in the Russian car market in June.        

      As a local brand, Lada is undoubtedly the best-selling, with sales of 34,000 units in June, ranking first. After that, it is basically all Chinese brands. Starting from the second place, they are Haval, Chery, Geely, Changan, Omenda, Xingtu, Geely Belgee, Jietu, and Jeku. It can be clearly seen that Chinese brands basically dominate the list. From the ranking, Haval seems to be the best-selling Chinese brand, but if Omenda, Xingtu, and Jietu are all included in Chery, Chery's brand sales have reached 25,000 units.

       Lada's most popular car is a relatively compact economy car. In May, Granta and Vesta sold 16,000 and 11,600 units respectively. Niva Travel also sold 3,515 units.

        Among Chinese brands, the best-selling model is HAVAL Jolion, a compact SUV that is common in many overseas regions, especially Southeast Asia and Central Asia. Chery's Tiggo 7 is also a very popular model in the export market, with 5,510 units sold in Russia in May. There are also Tiggo 4 (Tiggo 5x) and OMODA C5.
